How It Works
Food-based fundraisers are a great way for your organization to raise money for its special projects, operating costs, school trips, or whatever. But, they can be tricky to organize and execute. That’s where we come in.
We offer Online/Virtual and Traditional fundraiser formats.
For Online fundraisers, you’ll point your customers to our website where they’ll order directly from us, pay us, and we’ll ship out the product to a location of their choosing. Our website link can be shared with friends and family via email, text, or social media. Orders are all sent out within one business day of receiving them. At the conclusion of the fundraiser, we’ll remit 50% of the sales to your organization.
For our Traditional format, we offer brochures with ordering grids to track customer purchases, and you'll collect payment from your customers at each sale. At the conclusion of the fundraiser, your organization will submit all the paperwork and a check for 50% of the total sales generated plus the cost of shipping to one central location. We'll prepare the popcorn at the end and ship it to you.
We recommend a 2-3 week selling period for both formats.
